Note: Health Engagement visits are designed to assist Henry Ford Medical Group-assigned employees and their spouse/same-sex domestic partner who do not have a PCP or are looking for an efficient, convenient way to complete the Member Qualification Form requirement.

If lab work, preventive testing, vaccines or a physician follow-up visit is indicated you will be asked to schedule additional appointments.
